Thank you for supporting my small business! Mood Junky is an accessory brand featuring handmade, designed and or uniquely curated products. Please read the following information as it pertains to our shipping procedures and production. 

Our business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. 

I work extremely hard to get your order to you as fast as I can but please understand that I may encounter delays as I process large amounts of orders on a weekly basis and use safety precautions in the midst of the Covid-19 global pandemic. Due to this, orders are shipped only twice a week.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days for in-stock non-handmade items. Exclusive handmade items can take from 7 to 28 business days to create and process. Your order is shipped once it has finished being processed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There is free shipping on all order over $100! 

All custom name manufactured jewelry make take up to 30 business days to process. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping charges for all Mood Junky items no matter the weight. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please understand that shipping speed charges refer to the speed of delivery not processing times.

International Shipping

We offer International shipping to all countries worldwide! 

For all international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mood Junky is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification (depending on which information you entered at checkout) from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. The tracking information status is controlled by USPS and sometimes not all USPS orders receive scanned updates on a consistent basis. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and exchanges 

Due to the handmade and or uniquely curated nature of our products, we do not issue refunds, returns and exchanges. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
