Thank you SO much for supporting Mood Junky! We are an accessory brand featuring handmade, designed and or uniquely curated products. Please read the following information as it pertains to our shipping procedures and production.
Shipping Policy & Speed
Your order will go through processing and shipping. All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Once processing is completed, all orders are shipped with USPS and usually take (2-5 business days to arrive once your order has finished processing). Please keep in mind that delays can happen with USPS and depends on your location. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.
Our business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Orders are not processed outside of our business hours.
Jewelry & Apparel Shipping Differences
All Jewelry and accessory orders are shipped from our Brooklyn location directly to you. All apparel and merch orders are printed on demand and handled through a third party manufacturing company that will handle all the shipping and fulfillment. If you place an order of jewelry and apparel, keep in mind that you will receive two different shipments: one coming from our Brooklyn location for your jewelry and the other coming from our third party manufacturing company for your apparel.

We offer FREE U.S. Domestic shipping for all Mood Junky purchases over $75, no matter the weight!
Economy shipping (3-5 business days USPS shipping speed)
We offer International shipping to all countries worldwide!
For all international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mood Junky is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification (depending on which information you entered at checkout) from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. The tracking information status is controlled by USPS and sometimes not all USPS orders receive scanned updates on a consistent basis.
Refunds, Returns, and exchanges
Due to the handmade and or uniquely curated nature of our products, we do not issue refunds, returns and exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
