Shipping Policy & Speed
ALL our merchandise products are printed on demand and shipped via a third party. Shipping speeds vary depending on the product being printed but usually are delivered within 3-10 business days.

Shop our jewelry on Amazon prime for the FASTEST delivery speeds! All orders for our jewelry placed on Amazon prime are delivered within 2-3 days!
FREE U.S. Domestic Shipping for orders over $75!
We offer FREE U.S. Domestic shipping for all Mood Junky purchases over $75, no matter the weight!
We offer International shipping to all countries worldwide!
For all international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mood Junky is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification (depending on which information you entered at checkout) from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Refunds, Returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of our print on demand business model , we do not issue refunds, returns and exchanges. All merchandise items are printed with each purchase and we therefore do not keep any inventory on hand that will allow for exchanges and returns. Therefore, please pay close attention to your purchase to ensure you are making your desired selection.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@moodjunky.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
